About the role
We are looking for a Director of Content Strategy & Market Enablement to shape how Planisware’s vision is communicated and how it translates into compelling narratives, scalable content, and effective go‑to‑market execution. This role sits at the intersection of platform storytelling, solution positioning, and commercial enablement. You will define how we articulate our value across industries and use cases, while building a content engine that supports growth, adoption, and market differentiation. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure that our messaging is clear, consistent, and impactful from executive conversations to campaign activation. Responsibilities
Platform Narrative & Value Articulation
Shape and evolve Planisware’s narrative across platforms, solutions, and key innovations (including AI and decision intelligence) Translate complex capabilities into clear, differentiated business value Ensure consistency of messaging across industries and the buyer journey Support executive storytelling and strategic communications Content Strategy & Thought Leadership
Build and lead a content strategy aligned with Planisware’s positioning Define editorial pillars tied to market priorities Oversee high-impact content across various channels and formats Elevate content from volume-driven to insight-driven Shape messaging for major platform and AI launches Align with Product and Sales before, during, after launches Ensure adoption across go‑to‑market teams Establish scalable content and messaging operating model Define governance and workflows Connect narrative, content, and GTM execution Performance & Impact
Define measurement of narrative and content effectiveness Track adoption and pipeline influence Refine content based on feedback and data Qualifications
10+ years of experience in an enterprise B2B marketing, content, or GTM role Experience translating complex platforms into clear narratives Experience supporting product launches in complex technical environments Ability to build scalable content strategies Understanding of enterprise buying cycles Strong cross‑functional collaboration Strong prioritization and simplification skills What Success Looks Like
