Remote Should have 13 - 15+ years of experience Should have Architect Experience 5+ years of recent, hands‑on experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Strong expertise in Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs) Proven experience in architecting large‑scale FSL implementations Deep understanding of FSL scheduling, optimization, and mobile capabilities Experience with integration tools/middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) Strong knowledge of Salesforce security and data architecture Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
