We're partnering with a rapidly expanding building controls and energy management firm that's scaling their presence across Georgia and the Southeast. They're looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to own major accounts and drive expansion within the Atlanta metro market.
This role combines new business development with strategic account growth—perfect for someone who excels at building long‑term client relationships while consistently hitting aggressive revenue targets.
What Success Looks Like:
Cultivate enterprise-level relationships with facility directors, building owners, and C-suite decision-makers
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and develop cross-sell strategies for integrated BAS solutions
Lead consultative discovery conversations that uncover automation and energy efficiency needs
Partner with engineering and implementation teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities and manage the full sales cycle through contract close
What We're Seeking:
4+ years of experience in Building Automation, HVAC Controls, or Facility Management technology sales
Solid grasp of direct digital controls (DDC), building management platforms, and system integrations
Proven ability to close mid-to-large deals in competitive, technical B2B markets
Excellent communication skills—equally comfortable with technical teams and senior executives
Self‑motivated professional with a track record of exceeding quota targets
