You will report directly to the Service Cloud Manager and work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid schedule. This role impacts our customer service operations by developing solutions that improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Gather requirements, convert Business Requirements Documents (BRD) into technical specifications. Deploy custom applications and features on Salesforce. Collaborate with business and project managers to ensure solution quality and functionality. U.S. Person Requirements
