$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr The Inside Sales Agent plays a crucial role in identifying customer requirements and delivering effective solutions to enhance sales performance. This position necessitates a comprehensive understanding of our customer experience approach and the utilization of advanced contact center technologies. The agent will engage with numerous customers each week, continuously enhancing their skills and contributing to team growth.
Responsibilities
Manage various accounts by processing inbound inquiries and initiating outbound calls. Listen to customers to understand their needs and resolve issues effectively. Utilize technology and systems for efficient account management. Identify sales opportunities and implement techniques to enhance customer accounts. Clearly communicate and position products and processes to customers. Ensure first-call resolution by applying problem-solving skills and effective communication. Conduct needs assessments to recommend customized solutions that meet customer objectives. Build long-term relationships through ongoing support and follow-up with clients.
Requirements
Possession of a life and health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one. Highly dependable with a strong eagerness to learn new skills. Enjoy interaction with people and assisting them in resolving their concerns. Motivated by attractive bonus plans and daily contests. Exhibit professional communication and customer service abilities. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Willingness to quickly learn customer service software. Proficiency in basic PC skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Minimum age of 18 years.
