About Tono Pizzeria + Cheesesteaks and Frank & Andrea
We are part of a growing hospitality group based in St. Paul, Minnesota. We currently operate two successful restaurant brands—Tono Pizzeria + Cheesesteaks and Frank & Andrea—with three new locations, and two additional restaurant concepts launching in 2026. Our goal is to elevate the dining experience through creative, design-driven storytelling. We're passionate about design that brings people together around food, culture, and memorable experiences.
The Role We're seeking a motivated Graphic Design Intern to join our creative team for a paid internship ($15-20/hour). This is a 120-hour internship that qualifies for 3 academic credits. This hybrid position offers a mix of remote work and in-person collaboration, giving you hands‑on experience with real‑world design projects across our restaurant brands.
You'll work directly with our Creative Director, Marketing Specialist, and Social Media Manager on diverse projects including:
Print and digital marketing materials (flyers, posters, social assets)
Brand campaign design and visual systems
Menu design and promotional materials
Visual storytelling across our growing portfolio
What We're Looking For
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong grasp of design fundamentals: composition, typography, color theory, and hierarchy
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and revisions
Self‑motivated with strong time management skills
Portfolio required:
Must submit at least 6 samples of relevant graphic design work to be considered
