Summary The MIL Corporation is seeking a Financial Analysis, Director to support a Federal government client in Arlington, VA.
This position currently requires a hybrid schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.
Responsibilities
Supports new project for the Department of State - CGFS/BFSS Sector that spans across several different Bureaus.
Provides SharePoint and Automation support
Establishes standards and procedures
Builds organizational capacity aligned to the strategic vision.
Grasps the external environment and impact on business.
Directs subordinate managers
Responsible for achieving critical organizational objectives that impacts MIL's reputation and financial performance
Travel None
Required Qualifications
10+ years of relevant work experience
Experience with SharePoint administration and workflow/automation tools
Ability to develop standards, procedures, and governance frameworks
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desired Qualifications
Industry certifications (PMP, CGFM, CDFM, ITIL, or Microsoft)
Experience with the Department of State
Knowledge of federal financial reporting, internal controls, and audit readiness
Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives (Lean Six Sigma, RPA, data visualization)
Education BA/BS
Clearance Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance and be able to upgrade to a Top Secret (TS) clearance as required.

For this position, the projected compensation range is $167,000 - $177,151.36 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package.
