Regional Staffing Manager
to oversee several branches in the San Antonio market, driving operational efficiency, team performance, and regional sales growth across the light industrial, skilled trades, and warehousing sectors. This role will focus on strengthening branch operations, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring recruiting teams are effectively delivering for clients. You’ll work closely with branch leaders and internal teams to improve performance, grow market share, and maintain strong relationships with local employers. Key Responsibilities: Oversee performance and operations for multiple staffing branches in the San Antonio region Drive regional revenue growth by supporting branch sales strategy and client development efforts Improve operational efficiency across recruiting, onboarding, and contractor management processes Partner with branch teams to strengthen fill rates, client satisfaction, and delivery execution Coach and develop branch managers, recruiters, and sales staff Monitor KPIs including revenue, gross profit, contractor headcount, and overall branch performance Help expand existing client relationships and identify opportunities for new business growth Travel back and forth between Dallas and San Antonio branches What You’ll Need: 5+ years of staffing industry experience within light industrial, skilled trades, or similar sectors Leadership experience managing teams, branches, or regional operations Strong background in both sales strategy and operational performance Proven ability to improve processes, develop teams, and grow regional revenue Local knowledge of the San Antonio / New Braunfels staffing market What’s Offered: Competitive base salary + performance incentives, strong operational support, and the opportunity to lead multiple offices within a stable, family-owned staffing organization with a long-standing reputation in Texas.
