Title: Digital Product Owner/ Product Manager
Duration: 12 months (Possibility of extension/ conversion)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager to lead UI enhancements and customer experience improvements across digital banking and lending applications. This role will focus on optimizing end-to-end loan journeys, driving usability improvements, and delivering high-impact UI features in collaboration with design, engineering, and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience working on consumer lending, credit, or mortgage products within US banking or fintech environments and a strong understanding of mobile and web application UI modernization.
The Lead Digital Product Manager will play a pivotal role in the Commercial Banking Lending Product organization, supporting the Credit Execution Product team. This role is responsible for managing and enhancing origination and portfolio management applications, as well as data and workflow solutions across the full lending lifecycle. The Product Owner will partner with business, product and technical teams to mobilize the roadmap and act as the primary Technology point of contact for leaders and their broader working teams.
