We’re looking for a Sales Representative who is hungry to grow, loves helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. What You'll Do
Meet with homeowners to assess needs and present exterior solutions Perform inspections (roofs, siding, gutters) and provide estimates Follow a proven consultative sales process with high close rates Run both company-provided and self-generated leads Prospect and generate referrals through canvassing, networking, and community events Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction What We're Looking For
We hire for character first—sales and construction experience is a plus, but not required. Top candidates will have:
Experience in high-ticket B2C or construction sales (roofing/siding preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A self-starter mindset with a drive to win and grow Strong organizational skills and comfort with tech platforms Ability to inspect roofs, climb ladders, and work outdoors as needed Requirements
Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation Willingness to work some evenings and weekends Ability to safely climb and walk residential roofs A positive, customer-first attitude and strong work ethic What You’ll Get
