State Director: Wisconsin - Loud Lemon
Nosh.com, Wisconsin Rapids, WI, United States
Job Title: State Director – Wisconsin
Location: Wisconsin (significant in‑state market travel)
Industry: Beverage / Alcohol
About The Company We are not a maintenance brand — we are a growth brand. We operate in one of the fastest‑moving segments of the beverage alcohol industry and are expanding aggressively across priority U.S. markets. Our focus is simple: build distribution fast, dominate at retail, win in on‑premise, and drive velocity.
This is a high‑energy, performance‑driven organization built by operators who understand that brands are won in the market — not in meetings. We invest in brand, programming, and market support, but we expect execution, accountability, and results.
If you are comfortable coasting, this is not the role for you. If you like building, pushing, and outperforming larger competitors, read on.
Position Overview The State Director – Wisconsin is the quarterback of the state. This role owns market performance. Period.
You will drive distribution expansion, hold distributor teams accountable, build key retail and on‑premise relationships, and ensure our programs are executed in market the way they were designed. This is a hands‑on, field‑first leadership role for someone who knows how to create momentum and turn it into measurable sales growth.
