Head of Social & Social Commerce (TikTok + Amazon + Shopify)

As we scale the brand, we believe social commerce will be a primary driver of growth — and we are investing accordingly. The company is entering a significant growth phase and is seeking a high-caliber leader to build and scale our social commerce engine.

This is a strategic, revenue-focused role for someone who understands how to translate TikTok engagement into meaningful GMV and Amazon traffic into repeat customers. We are looking for an experienced operator who combines strong creative instincts with disciplined commercial execution.

The Role As Head of Social & Social Commerce, you will own and scale Wellgenix’s social-driven revenue across:

TikTok (organic and TikTok Shop)

Amazon (social-led demand generation)

You will be responsible for building a measurable, repeatable growth engine that integrates content, creators, community, and commerce.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a best-in-class TikTok Shop growth strategy

Drive qualified demand into Amazon and Shopify ecosystems

Lead and mentor a high-performing social and content team

Build and scale creator and influencer programs with clear ROI accountability

Optimize the full funnel from content to conversion

Own and report on key performance metrics, including:

Social-driven revenue

Creator ROI

Partner closely with paid media, Amazon, and e-commerce teams

Stay ahead of platform and social commerce trends

Candidate Profile Required experience

Proven track record leading teams that have successfully executed and scaled TikTok and Amazon sales strategies

Demonstrated success driving measurable GMV through social commerce

Deep hands-on expertise with TikTok, including TikTok Shop

Strong leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams

Highly analytical with a strong performance and commercial mindset

Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Preferred

Experience in wellness, CPG, or high-growth DTC brands

Familiarity with subscription and repeat purchase models

Experience building high-performing creator ecosystems

Highly competitive base salary commensurate with experience

Performance-based bonus directly tied to revenue and growth KPIs
