Business Execution Consultant 2 – Automation Governance Analyst (Alteryx)
Hybrid – Charlotte, NC (Uptown)
12-month Contract (W2), Weekly Pay (40 hours/week)

OVERVIEW
You will join the Wholesale team supporting the Citizen Developer Program, with a focus on governance, risk validation, and production readiness of automation solutions (primarily Alteryx). This is not a heavy development role — instead, you will execute a structured governance and testing process to ensure automation workflows meet enterprise standards before being promoted to production. You will partner closely with senior team members and SMEs to review, validate, and approve automation workflows, following a defined checklist and control framework. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute a
standardized governance and QA process
for automation workflows (primarily Alteryx) prior to production release Follow a
detailed checklist of risk and control requirements , ensuring each workflow meets enterprise standards Partner with the core automation team to
review, validate, and promote workflows into production Perform
repeatable testing and validation procedures
using established test plans (no need to create from scratch) Identify
gaps, risks, or control weaknesses
in workflows and escalate appropriately Support
documentation of governance processes , including execution steps and validation results Collaborate with developers, SMEs, and stakeholders to resolve questions and keep workflows moving forward Contribute to
process improvement opportunities
by identifying ways to streamline or enhance governance workflows over time Maintain strong attention to detail while working through
high-volume, repeatable review processes TOP SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
2–5 years of experience in: QA / Testing / Validation
OR Risk & Controls / Governance
OR Operations in a financial services environment Experience working with
structured processes, checklists, or control frameworks Strong attention to detail and ability to
execute repeatable processes consistently Comfortable working in a
process-driven, quality-focused environment Basic familiarity with automation tools such as
Alteryx, Xceptor, Power Automate, or similar
(not required to be an expert) Ability to
follow established testing plans
and document outcomes clearly SOFT SKILLS
Highly
diligent and detail-oriented
("head down, get it right" mindset) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage
multiple workflows in parallel Willingness to
ask questions and collaborate
when unclear, while continuing to drive progress Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Comfortable working in a
structured, repeatable environment NICE TO HAVE
Exposure to
Alteryx workflows or citizen developer programs Background in
Capital Markets, Securities Operations, or Derivatives Operations Experience in
UAT, QA testing, or production release processes Familiarity with
risk/control frameworks in banking environments ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Alteryx governance and Xceptor-related workflows (BEC 1/2 equivalent)
compensation targeting mid-$70K range Potential for extension or conversion,
