Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized, data driven Retail Media Strategy Manager eager to accelerate their career in the digital industry by managing the retail on‑site media strategy for our Face & Skin brands: Pond’s, Noxzema, St-Ives and Carress.

In this position, you will play a critical role in driving our growth primarily on Amazon, Walmart.com and Target.com. You will be responsible for designing the media strategy, monitoring the performance and the budget spend on search ads on our retail partner’s websites. You will have to report back on the KPIs to the brands teams as well as the executive lead team. Finally you will help plan the 2027 retail media budget, based on the performance of this year’s strategy.

This role requires prior hands‑on experience working with agencies in building media strategy, overseeing the campaign executions and optimizations across Amazon ads, Walmart ads and Target ads. You will need to demonstrate high attention to detail, excellent time management and strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and manage 3rd parties. A successful Retail Media Strategy Manager is highly analytical, organized with the ability to influence and be agile in a fast and ever‑changing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign monitoring & optimization, in collaboration with the agency

Update retail media performance tracker weekly

Monitor & optimize bids based on performance

Adjust product priorities based on new item launches & seasonality (i.e Holidays)

Creating monthly reports on retail media for ELT

Quarterly in person reviews

Budget Governance

Create & manage POs in business central

True up marketing budget tracker monthly for financial planning

Manage allocation of incremental budget carried over

Build the annual retail media budget reco based on front half 2025 performance & innovation pipeline

Lead creative development for Home Page Takeovers at Family Dollar

Lead creative strategy with marketing team to support DoorDash campaigns

Develop briefs for in‑store audio activations at DG

Retail Media Budget Planning

Build the 2027 retail media budget recommendation based on 2026 performance & innovation pipeline

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, Ecommerce, and/or related field

3+ years of direct and hands‑on experience managing an Retail Media strategies for CPG brands, media purchasing experience a plus.

Knowledge of Amazon Ads portal, Walmart Media Connect portal, Target RMS and Instacart in a must, with TikTok Shop a plus

3+ years in eCommerce execution, with a strong understanding of brand management across multiple functions (advertising, demand planning, content creation, listing optimization, and SEO).

Strong analytical skills regarding to measure all media KPIs and correlate with POS outcomes.

Proven track record of coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing complex projects.

Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L (Net Sales, Gross Margin & Contribution margin)

Superior quantitative and analytical skills, including use of analytical tools and basic retail math

Proficient with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel

Experience with eCommerce tools such as Pacvue Commerce, Stackline, Helium 10 are a plus.

Demonstrates strong sense of ownership, future‑forward thinking and proactively identifies opportunities

Embodies can‑do attitude, willing to roll up their sleeves and pro‑active in finding solutions through out of the box thinking
