We’re partnering with a growing retail organization seeking a Director of Retail Sales to lead multi-location store performance, build a high-impact field leadership team, and drive revenue growth across the retail network. Location: Midwest and West Coast Travel: ~50–75% across store locations and new openings This leader will oversee District and Store Managers, develop sales strategy, and drive key performance metrics such as conversion, average transaction value, and customer loyalty. The role will also partner closely with operations, merchandising, and marketing to elevate the in-store experience and scale sales performance. Ideal background: • 10+ years of multi-unit retail leadership • Experience leading Multiple

store networks • Strong track record driving

sales growth and developing field leaders Key Responsibilities Lead, recruit, and develop

District and Store Managers , building a strong field leadership pipeline and succession strategy. Set clear

sales performance goals

(comp sales, conversion, ATV, customer retention) and coach teams to achieve them through regular field visits and performance reviews. Drive the

retail sales strategy

across the store network, using data and retail analytics to improve traffic, conversion, and average transaction value. Partner with

marketing, merchandising, and finance

to execute loyalty programs, store events, promotional strategies, and profitability initiatives. Champion a

best-in-class in-store customer experience

through strong service standards, clienteling strategies, and effective store presentation. Monitor

market trends and competitor activity

to identify growth opportunities and scale successful store initiatives across the network. $150,000 - $200,000 base salary (commensurate with experience) Bonus (discretionary) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Why choose Addison Group?
