What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Sell implantable devices for specific therapies to physicians, institutions, payors, and other medical staff
Partner with strategic implanting centers to support account development and growth
Provide technical support and consultation on product and therapy management
Coordinate support activities and develop sales partnerships with distribution alliances
Ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 6+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare, or life sciences; or
Associates Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; or
Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to travel frequently to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Solid knowledge of the reimbursement climate
Experience calling on physicians in neurology, oncology, internal medicine, or primary care
Familiarity with the operating room and implantable devices
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience in developing new markets and territory financial analysis
