About the Role
Senior Corporate Recruiter serves as a strategic talent partner to corporate leaders, responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent that enables business growth and performance. This role leads full‑cycle recruiting across key corporate functions while also driving improvements in recruiting processes, talent pipelines, and employer brand.
Day in the Life Talent Strategy & Partnership
Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define talent needs, role requirements, and success profiles
Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on hiring strategies, candidate assessment, and market trends
Influence hiring decisions to ensure alignment with business goals and long‑term talent needs
Full‑Cycle Recruiting
Own end‑to‑end recruiting for corporate roles, from intake through offer acceptance
Source, screen, and assess candidates using a mix of active and passive recruiting strategies
Lead structured, high‑quality interview processes and ensure timely, thoughtful feedback loops
Drive offer strategy and successfully close candidates
Sourcing & Market Intelligence
Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified, diverse talent across key functions
Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify target companies, industries, and candidate profiles
Provide insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive landscape
Process & Program Improvement
Evaluate and continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Develop and implement scalable recruiting resources and best practices for hiring managers and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and internal policies
Employer Brand & Talent Attraction
Partner with cross‑functional teams to strengthen and consistently communicate the company’s employer brand
Represent the company at recruiting events, networking opportunities, and industry forums
Leverage social and digital channels to attract and engage top talent
Collaboration & Team Support
Build strong relationships across HR and cross‑functional teams to support broader talent initiatives
Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed
Contribute to broader HR projects and initiatives as the business evolves

Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders on hiring strategies and talent decisions
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate talent needs into effective recruiting plans
Data‑driven mindset; uses metrics and insights to improve outcomes
Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
High level of professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally within corporate or multi‑unit environments
Demonstrated success building both active and passive candidate pipelines
Experience partnering with senior leaders and managing complex searches
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
