Job Description Our Area Sales Manager is the face of the company to our dealers. The focus is to increase the number of funded deals by partnering with properly matched dealers. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing growth with dealers in your local region. A consultative sales and management approach is required for success.

This full‑time position reports to Regional Sales Managers. Candidates based in the US who are comfortable working remotely and on the road are encouraged to apply.

What you’ll do

Present and communicate company products and services to all levels of management within independent and franchise dealerships in person.

Identify sales prospects and contact assigned or new accounts.

Follow up on new leads and referrals from phone calls for independent and franchise dealers.

Develop, maintain and grow current and potential dealer partners within the dealer community.

Maintain constant and effective communication with dealer partners on current programs.

Train dealers on proper documentation required for fast funding of contracts.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required); college degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong knowledge of automotive, finance, and sales.

Previous experience in financial services or car dealership environments.

1-2 years of sales experience with a proven record of success.

Clear and effective presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.

Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.

Results orientation and ability to work independently and in a team.

Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Comfortable traveling up to 75% of the time.

Compensation Plan

First‑year salary range: $60,000 – $125,000 per year (base salary + performance commissions).

Average earning after one year: $79,000.

Top 10 reps earning average: $125,000.

Commission potential: unlimited.

Monthly mileage reimbursement: average $450.

Exact starting compensation: determined at hiring based on location, skills, experience, education, and licensure.
