We're hiring a Home Equity Servicing Manager to own our growing portfolio of Home Equity Agreements (HEAs) at Nada. This in‑office role in Dallas's Design District (hybrid with remote Thursdays) reports directly to the Head of Revenue, and total comp package over $100K (base + uncapped bonuses). Key Responsibilities

Manage the full servicing lifecycle for our HEA portfolio: coordinate quarterly statements, payoffs, delinquent taxes, and expired homeowners insurance with our servicing partner. Oversee document custody and lien releases with all payoffs. Lead loss mitigation efforts for defaulted clients, including client communication and resolution. Handle mark‑to‑market valuations of the portfolio, accounting for shared equity (not loans). Manage closed client communications, assist with remarketing, and create engagement initiatives like thank‑you gifts. Requirements

3+ years in mortgage/HEA servicing, portfolio management, or home equity products. Strong knowledge of compliance, liens, taxes, insurance, and loss mitigation. Experience with valuations, client comms, and vendor coordination (e.g., custodians like WSFS). Comfort in a fast‑paced startup; Dallas‑based (Design District office, hybrid). Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for portfolio tracking and reporting. Why Nada?

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Dallas, TX, for a Home Equity Servicing Manager. The manager will oversee all aspects of home equity servicing operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and efficient administration of processes. Key responsibilities include managing customer accounts, optimizing servicing workflows, and collaborating across teams to enhance the customer experience. The manager will identify and implement process improvements, respond to client inquiries, monitor data integrity, and analyze portfolio performance to ensure operational excellence. Qualifications

Strong knowledge of home equity products, mortgage servicing, and lending operations. Proficiency in managing workflows, utilizing servicing platforms, and performing account audits. Experience with risk management, compliance standards, and regulatory reporting. Exceptional problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills. Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities. Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
