Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for an On Your Lot Sales Executive at Davis Homes, located in Greater Indianapolis with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Sales Executive will manage the entire customer experience from lead generation, consultation, land assessment, to final contract negotiations. Daily tasks include scheduling consultations, providing custom home‑building expertise, guiding customers through land selection and assessments, working with design teams, and maintaining customer relationships for successful project completion.
Qualifications
Sales and customer relationship management experience
Knowledge in homebuilding, land assessments, and construction processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid office setting
Experience with basic marketing and promotional activities
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
A background in real estate or a related field is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
