Drafting

Trusts & Estates Attorney Responsibilities

Complex estate, tax and wealth planning

Individuals, families, banks and trusts companies, and wealth management advisors

Develop, draft, and implement estate planning documents

Trusts, Wills, advanced directives and POA

Preparation, review, and analysis of tax forms – income tax returns, gift and estate

Business succession planning
