
Sales Representative - Wholesale

Rhoback is a high‑growth performance lifestyle brand built for those who live actively — and we're expanding our wholesale footprint in a big way. As we deepen our presence across green grass retail, we're looking for a driven, well‑connected Sales Representative to own and grow our green grass channel in a defined territory. This is more than a sales role. You'll be a brand ambassador, a strategic partner to our wholesale accounts, and a key voice in shaping how Rhoback shows up across the golf retail landscape. You'll inherit a portfolio of existing accounts while aggressively pursuing new doors, working closely with our Director of Business Development and collaborating cross‑functionally with our Product and Merchandising teams. You'll often be the first impression of Rhoback for many of our wholesale partners — and we expect you to bring energy, professionalism, and genuine integrity to every interaction. What You’ll Do
Sell and promote Rhoback’s line of men’s and women’s products across green grass retail.
Own and develop defined territory while managing existing accounts and opening new doors, with a focus on green grass accounts.
Serve as a trusted brand representative with a strong understanding of Rhoback’s product lines, values, and customer base.
Help build and drive execution of the wholesale sales strategy, contributing to both short‑ and long‑term growth targets including revenue, active account, and new account targets.
Lead seasonal product presentations and line showings; communicate product features clearly and compellingly.
Secure and renew wholesale orders, consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships through proactive, responsive account service.
Attend in‑person meetings, events, trunk shows and trade shows with key accounts.
Represent Rhoback at PGA tournaments and industry events as needed.
Assist in executing microsite orders, club events, and other custom activations.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines for planning and finance teams.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Rhoback’s customer support, product, and merchandising teams.
Provide market feedback on product, pricing, and assortment for future development.
Help implement processes and structure as Rhoback’s presence in wholesale grows.
Continuously identify and share opportunities to strengthen Rhoback’s brand presence in the wholesale space.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in golf sales or other areas within the golf industry.
A deep, established network of industry relationships and wholesale contacts in the green grass space.
Proven track record of hitting sales targets and successfully opening new accounts.
Strong knowledge of the golf, lifestyle, and performance apparel markets.
Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage a large, active territory.
Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and sharp attention to detail.
Highly motivated self‑starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and brings a team‑first mindset.
Willingness to travel frequently and work effectively in a remote/field‑based environment.
Unimpeachable integrity and a genuine passion for the game and the brand.
Highly motivated self‑starter with a team‑first attitude and “no task too small” mindset.
Comfortable giving and receiving feedback and working cross‑functionally.
Trustworthy and full of integrity.

You are fluent in Rhoback’s product line, brand story, and wholesale strategy within your first 90 days.
You have completed a full territory assessment with a clear, prioritized pipeline of new door opportunities.
You are hitting or exceeding revenue and account targets and have meaningfully grown active green grass doors in your territory.
Your accounts see you as a trusted, go‑to resource — and your market feedback is actively influencing product and assortment decisions.
You are building a book of business that grows year over year and helping establish the processes and playbook that scale Rhoback’s wholesale channel.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales systems.
