Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types Commission
We are an Atlanta-based Recruiting Firm currently looking for a sharp, hard-working IT Account Manager / Business Development Manager to join our team. We are seeking a smart, self-motivated individual who enjoys building relationships. We do not micro-manage (we hire adults) and offer above market base salaries, an excellent commission structure, and a hybrid work arrangement in our modern office space. If you are a closer and enjoy the art of sales, we would really like to hear from you.
Must live in the metro Atlanta area. This role is
hybrid
and not fully remote.
Recent experience working in Sales within the Recruiting Industry specifically IT, Engineering, or Supply Chain verticals.
2+ years of Information Technology recruiting sales experience strongly preferred.
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience handling business development at a staffing agency (external recruiting experience required).
Weekly in-office work required in our Atlanta office (hybrid schedule).
