Food Talent Solutions has partnered with a growing, multi-site food manufacturer to identify a Director of Engineering to lead capital strategy, plant engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives across their 10+ facilities. This is a high-impact leadership role supporting significant growth, new equipment investments, and operational scale-up across all of this organizations 10+ sites.
Location:
Based out of their HQ, just south of Minneapolis ~50% travel, mostly drivable.

VP of Engineering
Target Candidate:
Hands on food manufacturing engineering exp.
Strong mechanical engineering background.
