Base pay range $160,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
***REMOTE TEMPORARILY***
(Will be remote until the third or fourth quarter of this year when a new office opens. The role will then transition to a hybrid work model.)
Company Overview SNI is partnering with a newly established healthcare industry company that is experiencing growth through new acquisitions nationwide.
Position Details This opportunity initially offers a remote work schedule until the new office opens later this fall. Afterward, the Director will work on a flexible hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
Manage corporate accounting and M&A activities
Streamline processes and procedures within the finance department
Contribute to strategic financial planning and policy creation
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in finance within the healthcare sector
Experience managing multi-site locations and M&A activities
Advanced Excel modeling skills
Strong communication and analytical skills
Experience creating and implementing financial policies and procedures from scratch
