Mid-Level Real Estate Leasing Attorney – High-End Office & Tenant Rep | Hybrid | New York, NY
Opening for a mid-level Real Estate Leasing Attorney (4–7 years) to lead commercial office leasing for marquee, national clients. Hybrid schedule with direct client contact and partner-track potential. Base pay range:
$200,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Independently manage complex commercial office leasing transactions Negotiate LOIs and leases (including build-out, assignment/subletting, and SNDA issues) Coordinate with clients, brokers, and opposing counsel to drive timelines to closing Advise high-end tenants on risk allocation, operating expense provisions, and remedies Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistency across multi-site portfolios Qualifications
4–7 years of sophisticated commercial leasing experience (high-end tenant representation preferred) JD from an accredited law school; New York Bar required Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and deal-management skills Ability to work independently while juggling multiple matters Crisp communication and client-service mindset Culture & Firm Appeal
