What this job involves The Account Director serves as the top leadership role on client accounts within JLL Work Dynamics, developing and implementing comprehensive account plans that delight clients and ensure healthy long‑term relationships. This executive leader anticipates client needs, delivers exceptional performance on key indicators, and builds high‑performing teams that drive operational excellence while keeping employees engaged and thriving. You’ll lead transformational client relationships for Fortune 500 companies, managing comprehensive facility management solutions across our global portfolio of over 1.6 billion square feet. This senior executive role combines strategic vision with operational excellence, translating JLL’s strategy into business opportunities while exceeding revenue and profitability targets to secure long‑term partnerships.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities

Developing comprehensive account visions that align client objectives with JLL’s strategic goals and service capabilities

Building and mentoring diverse, high‑performing teams while advancing inclusion priorities through focused talent planning

Managing complex client relationships across technology, industrial, financial services, and healthcare sectors

Analyzing customer behavior data and industry trends to identify expansion opportunities and drive account growth

Overseeing financial performance including budget management, revenue optimization, and maintaining receivables standards

Collaborating with Work Dynamics leadership to translate firm strategy into actionable business opportunities

Delivering exceptional client service through proactive stakeholder engagement and continuous feedback integration

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience in Facility Management and Commercial Real Estate

Demonstrated success developing Integrated Facility Management solutions for Fortune 500 organizations

Proven track record hiring, training, and retaining teams of 100+ professionals in outsourced service environments

Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability

Bachelor’s degree with comprehensive business experience across multiple functions

Strategic mindset with ability to see big picture while executing tactical initiatives

Results‑driven approach with capability to take corrective action decisively when performance gaps occur

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or post‑graduate studies

Experience with complex, large, and heavily matrixed organizations

Commercial real estate industry trend awareness and data‑driven decision making

Transformational leadership experience leading change with energy and resilience

Track record of making complex decisions and taking calculated risks in growth environments

Compensation Estimated compensation for this position: 165,000.00 - 175,000.00 USD per year.

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.

Location Remote – Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Indianapolis, IN; Louisville, KY; Raleigh, NC; St. Louis, MO.
