Head of Sales – Digital Asset Accounting & Infrastructure

Location:

Remote, ideally based in NYC

About the Opportunity We’re partnering with a rapidly growing digital‑asset data and finance‑automation company that helps enterprises, institutions, and crypto businesses manage their digital‑asset operations at scale.

Their platform connects accounting systems directly with blockchains and exchanges-automating reconciliation, valuation, and reporting for companies working with crypto.

They’re now looking for a Head of Sales to build and lead the global commercial function as they expand across new markets.

Responsibilities

Own the entire revenue strategy - from market segmentation and pipeline generation to close.

Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing global sales team.

Identify and develop key enterprise accounts across financial services, fintech, and Web3 sectors.

Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align GTM motion with market needs.

Refine pricing, packaging, and sales processes to accelerate growth.

Establish data‑driven KPIs, forecasting, and CRM best practices.

What We’re Looking For

7–10 years of sales experience in SaaS, FinTech, or crypto‑infrastructure.

Track record of closing six‑ and seven‑figure deals and building enterprise pipelines from zero.

Leadership experience scaling sales teams (ideally Seed to Series B stage).

Strong understanding of digital assets, accounting, or finance automation a plus.

Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills with executive stakeholders.

Comfortable in a remote, fast‑moving startup environment.
