In this role, you will strengthen KI’s leadership
in the K–12 and state/local government mar kets by engaging directly with key account stakeholders, administrators, architects, designers, and key industry partners. You’ll combine relationship‑building, strategic selling, and educational insight to bring KI solutions to major projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving the student experience and helping educators create environments that truly support teaching and learning. You will partner closely with teachers, administrators, and school communities to help create classrooms and campuses where students can thr ive! Responsibil itiesDeliver compelling, customer‑facing presentations tailored to district priori ties.Provide strategic sales support aligned to the K–12 buyer jou rney.Build and nurture relationships with administrators, facilities leaders, procurement teams, A&D firms, and dealer part ners.Expand KI’s visibility by developing new contacts and strengthening existing netw orks.Stay ahead of trends in education, school design, instructional models, procurement, and FF&a mp;E.Support research and insights efforts that inform KI’s product and market strate gies.Contribute to training initiatives for internal teams and part ners.Assist with planning and activation of education‑focused trade shows and ev ents. Qualific ationsBachelor’s degree required, Master’s in Education or related field pref erred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in K–12 or a related field. Required SkillsStrong understanding of K–12 administrative practices, workflows, and decision making.Experience engaging high‑level leaders within an educational insti tution.Familiarity with K–12 purchasing/procurement processes (contract furniture exposure a plus).Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills.Curiosity about emerging trends in education, design, and learning enviro nments.Existing network of K–12 professionals (administration, facilities, procurement, etc.) pre ferred.Comfort with regular travel; valid driver’s license re quired.Strategic thinker with strong research, analytical, and presentation skills.Self‑starter with strong follow‑through and cross‑functional collaboration skills.Existing network of K-12 professionals (administration, facilities, procurement,
