Junior/Medior The SDR is responsible for
generating qualified leads
and
setting up meetings
for the Sales team. His/her mission is to
identify and engage with potential clients , understand their needs, and help fill the pipeline with high-intent opportunities. Working closely with Marketing and Sales, the SDR will play a key role in expanding Abbove’s presence in the wealth management and financial services industry. This is a high-growth opportunity for a junior or medior professional who is eager to learn, grow, and evolve into a full sales role over time. Identify target companies and decision-makers in the wealth management and financial services market
Build and manage outreach lists using LinkedIn, CRM, websites or tools like Sales Navigator, etc.
Write and send cold emails and LinkedIn messages
Call prospects to qualify interest and secure meetings
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and assess fit
Maintain organized records of outreach and conversations in HubSpot
Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth lead handoff
Align with Marketing on outbound messaging for specific campaigns
Share feedback from conversations to improve email sequences and pitch angles (subject lines, sequences, pain points)
Contribute to campaign performance by actively iterating messaging with the team
4. Performance Tracking
Track outreach KPIs: email open/reply rates, call volumes, meetings booked Participate in weekly pipeline and performance reviews Be coachable and eager to refine your sales techniques through feedback and practice

Meetings Booked:
20 qualified meetings/month
Outreach Activity:
Target number of daily/weekly emails, calls, and social touches
Lead Quality:
Strong qualification to support pipeline conversion
Career Progression:
With demonstrated performance, expected to grow into an Account Executive or closing role within 6–12 months What You’ll Need to Succeed
Core Skills & Experience
1–2 years of professional experience (SDR, sales intern, customer success, or similar)
Excellent written and verbal communication in
French and Dutch
Comfortable with digital tools such as LinkedIn, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and outreach automation
An interest in financial technology, SaaS, or the
wealth management industry

Enthusiastic, curious, and proactive
Receptive to coaching and feedback
Motivated by goals and excited to learn how to sell
