As Technical Sales Manager Ingredients for the DACH region, you become the trusted technical partner for formulators, nutritionists, and purchasing teams throughout the feed industry. You combine deep product expertise with compelling sales strategy, delivering transformative solutions that drive customer success and regional market expansion.

Tasks and responsibilities

Serve as primary technical consultant for formulators, animal nutritionists, and product developers across the DACH region

Develop and deliver compelling product trainings, workshops, and presentations to customers and distributor networks

Build strategic customer relationships and identify growth opportunities through market analysis and trend evaluation

Create regional sales strategies that drive revenue growth and strengthen Denkavit's market position

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive tailored solutions and outstanding technical support

Identify emerging business opportunities and nurture long-standing partnerships throughout the region

Communicate product value propositions clearly and inspiringly to diverse stakeholder groups

Job requirements

Master's degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Science, or related field

Proven technical sales experience within animal nutrition or feed additive industry

Deep understanding of feed formulation, premix development, and specialty ingredient applications

Fluency in German and English, spoken and written

Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales initiatives

Experience building and maintaining relationships with formulators and nutritionists
