
Associate Producer - The Agency

Primary Duties
Manage the end-to-end production process for various internal visual content projects, including photoshoots, video shoots, and other studio productions under mentorship of the Director of Production and Sr. Producer. Serve as point of contact for internal brand teams, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth and collaborative internal studio experience. Coordinate with external vendors, freelance talent, and production partners to leverage additional resources and capabilities for project execution. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop project timelines and budgets and ensure that all projects are executed according to plan. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, technologies, and best practices, implementing innovative approaches to enhance the studio's production capabilities. Coordinate upload and management of delivered assets with the digital asset team. Manage and track studio equipment for studio and location shoots. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the studio team. Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies. Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Film, or equivalent work experience. 1‑2 years of production experience – including film shoots and photoshoots. Experience in production management, with a track record of successfully supporting high-quality visual content. Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Understanding of creative process and how to successfully navigate the work through pre‑ and post‑production. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally. Proficiency in industry‑standard production equipment, software, and technologies. Working Conditions
Normal office environment. Some travel will be required. Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.
