2026 Canon Insights Summer Internship - Canon Financial Services (CFS) Program dates: Tuesday, June 2, 2026 – Thursday, August 6, 2026.

Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (relocating to Burlington, NJ during the summer of 2026).

Canon Financial Services, Inc. (CFS) is an innovative global digital imaging leader dedicated to dissolving barriers in connections, experiences, and lives through technology. This is a paid 10‑week summer internship.

What You’ll Do

You will gain hands‑on work experience by participating in significant work projects that help you learn, develop business skills, and provide a meaningful contribution to Canon’s business and goals.

You will be exposed to world‑class teams and our business, marketing, and strategy initiatives through training, meetings, presentations, and other planned activities.

You’ll gain marketable skills and knowledge that you’ll need in transitioning into the workforce.

You’ll come to the office 2 days a week and have the option to work from home 3 days a week (unless a specific business need requires in‑office attendance on other days). This position offers a hybrid work schedule on a full‑time (8:30 AM – 5 PM) schedule based on a 37.50‑hour work week. Work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.

Your Impact 2026 Canon Insights Summer Internship – Sales Support Intern. This is a unique opportunity to join our Direct Customer Sales group. The key focus for this position is to increase repeat‑leasing business by leveraging existing relationships and to on‑board new dealers for future solicitation. You will utilize telemarketing and inside sales skills, calling upon CFS’ existing customer portfolio to achieve sales volume results, application activity, and telephone sales objectives.

The Intern Will Participate For The Following

Providing general support for our Sales Support team.

Learning a variety of tasks related to Canon/CFS Sales Support and Marketing.

Developing direct customer relationships with existing customers for repeat business through use of telemarketing and inside channel sales strategies.

Soliciting new leasing business for various equipment types, offering CFS lease finance services. Work with authorized signers, owners, managers, and other customer associates to understand timing of financing needs and their decision‑making process for acquiring new equipment.

Serving as a contributor to the development of overall marketing strategies for Direct Customer Sales.

Using professional, creative persuasion and persistent sales outreach efforts working with customers to use CFS’s equipment leasing services.

Providing regular updates to management to ensure understanding of financing requirements and direct customer needs in the marketplace.

Processing lease applications, creating lease agreements, and providing general sales support telephone coverage.

Working closely with the Sales Support team to learn best practices and provide excellent service to our dealers and customers.

Individually sending emails and placing telephone calls to select audiences to share CFS value proposition and learn those types of business activities.

Attending regular meetings with team members and management to coordinate and share activities, new learnings and project updates, and review results.

Working with Marketing team and Sales Support for education purposes, learning the lease process, common questions and answers. Researching questions internally with team members and providing timely responses back to dealers and customers.

Collaborating and interfacing with team members for clarification or to expedite necessary tasks swiftly and efficiently.

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring An enrolled undergraduate student who is currently a junior and entering their senior year as of Summer 2026, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree aligned with the department of interest. A strong communicator—both written and verbal—with advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Chat, Calendar and Drive). Brings the ability to thrive as a collaborative team player while also working independently with confidence and enthusiasm.

Currently enrolled as a student in an accredited college or university.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.

Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.

Willingness to learn, take initiative, and gain hands‑on experience in a wide variety of sales, marketing, and finance business activities.

We are providing the anticipated rate for this role $20.00 hourly.
