Position Overview As a Sales Manager at Brex, you will lead a high‑performing team of Account Executives (AEs) to drive revenue growth in the Growth segment. Your role focuses on strategy, mentorship, and operational excellence, inspiring a fast‑paced, results‑oriented culture.

Responsibilities

Guide and coach a team of 5–7 AEs to consistently exceed quotas, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new AEs to support growth while enhancing internal enablement programs.

Own weekly forecasting and maintain an accurate, updated pipeline for the team.

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to develop and execute sales strategies that align with Brex’s overall goals.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers at mid‑market companies to drive revenue and customer acquisition.

Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, address challenges, and uncover opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally within fintech, travel, or spend‑management industries.

2+ years of managing a high‑performing sales team with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and acquiring new customers.

Consistent track record of achieving quota.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑building capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire teams and build stakeholder relationships.

Excellent prospecting skills and the ability to train others to generate pipeline.

Superb organizational skills and the ability to help others become organized.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Location and Work Environment This role is based in Brex’s SEA office. We operate a hybrid schedule that requires a minimum of two coordinated days in the office per week (Wednesday and Thursday). Beginning February 2, 2026, the requirement will increase to three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Employees also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work.

Compensation The expected on‑target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $207,920 – $240,000. A separate OTE range of $184,000 – $210,000 applies for the Salt Lake City location. Compensation includes base salary and commissions, with equity and other forms of compensation potentially provided as part of the total package.
