Your role and responsibilities

Oracle Cloud Implementation & Optimization:

Take the lead in deploying, integrating, and optimizing Oracle Cloud solutions (e.g., Oracle ERP, Oracle CX, Oracle SCM) for CPG clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals.

Growth Strategy Development:

Collaborate with clients to formulate cloud-based strategies that enhance growth in sales, supply chain, marketing, and customer service within the CPG sector.

Offerings Expansion:

Explore opportunities to introduce new services and products within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem tailored to the specific needs of CPG firms, focusing on areas such as advanced analytics and automation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner closely with diverse teams, including business analysts, developers, and architects, to deliver integrated solutions that fulfill client needs and unlock business value.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Work with senior leadership and other stakeholders to present Oracle Cloud offerings, facilitate workshops, and share insights on best practices to enhance operations in the CPG industry.

Process Improvement & Innovation:

Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation utilizing Oracle Cloud solutions to boost operational efficiency and agility for CPG clients.

Change Management & Training:

Offer change management support and create training programs to ensure successful adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions among client teams.

Industry Expertise:

Remain informed about trends, challenges, and innovations in the CPG sector to ensure solutions are modern and provide substantial value to clients.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise

15+ years implementing Oracle Cloud solutions, ideally in the CPG industry.

In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP, SCM, and/or CX Cloud modules, emphasizing their impact on business growth and efficiency in CPG organizations.

Proven success in managing and delivering cloud-based projects in the CPG sector.

Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities specific to the CPG industry, including demand forecasting and supply chain optimization.

Experience in Oracle Cloud integration with third-party applications and systems.

Exceptional communication skills to engage a wide range of stakeholders effectively.

Capability to conduct workshops and deliver training, ensuring users maximize Oracle Cloud solutions.

Oracle Cloud Certification (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle CX Cloud).

Experience in driving business transformation and growth strategies in the CPG field.

Familiarity with Advanced Analytics and AI/ML technologies, and their integration into Oracle Cloud solutions.

Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices for CPG companies.
