Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales

Understand and navigate the State Farm Agency model and market operations
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
MUST have an active Property & Casualty insurance license
Life & Health insurance license required or must be able to obtain
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented
Prior experience with State Farm preferred but not required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service roles
Familiarity with the State Farm Agency model
Proven track record of meeting sales goals
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
