Location: Everett, WA & Seattle, WA Type: Full-Time Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

About the Role We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Commercial Truck Rental Sales Representative to drive business growth in our Western Washington territory. In this role, you manage a territory of B2B accounts, helping businesses with their transportation strategy and providing the equipment they need to stay operational.

You will manage the full sales cycle to negotiating long-term contracts and providing post-sale support.

This role requires you to split your time equally in two offices (Seattle & Everett), managing a territory from Everett, WA to Kent, WA.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

Proactively identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.

Consultative Selling:

Analyze customer transportation needs and recommend tailored solutions to optimize their fleet operations.

Account Management:

Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention and maximize revenue.

Quoting & Negotiation:

Prepare accurate estimates while managing a consistent sales pipeline.

Market Insight:

Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to effectively position our rental products.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of B2B experience; prior experience in transportation, leasing, or heavy equipment is preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in using a CRM and Microsoft Office.

Certifications:

Must possess a valid driver's license.

Physical Ability:

Comfortable climbing in and out of large trucks and working in various weather conditions.

Average annual pay for this role ranges $60,000 to over $100,000 for top performers.
