Senior Business Development Representative
– Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) – Senior position based in Berkeley, MO; Arlington, VA; Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; Renton, WA; or Tukwila, WA.
Position Responsibilities
Support offset program execution by managing budgets, tracking risks and opportunities, and providing regular updates to leadership.
Develop project management framework to support sales and campaigns strategies and execute numerous offset projects within contractual requirements.
Engage with defense and commercial customers and beneficiaries to understand and meet their needs and priorities, ensuring smooth program execution.
Act as an internal customer advocate and interface between customers and internal organizations to ensure responsiveness.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as supply chain, contracts, finance, aircraft program, etc. to drive offset program performance.
Interact with Boeing’s global Tier‑1s and Offset Partners to execute current program commitments and develop future collaboration pipelines.
Support offset proposal development including project design and financial estimates in response to customer requests.
Quantify local offset investment and work closely with programs for financial reporting and support Long‑Range Business Plan.
Demonstrated ability to align business strategy with evolving government priorities.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading or implementing strategic initiatives in a cross‑functional environment.
Solid business acumen, strong team‑building, and excellent stakeholder communication and empathy.
Proven ability to work directly with executives or senior leaders.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Experience facilitating internal and external customer interfaces and requirements.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience with defense offset or localization efforts and negotiation with government stakeholders or support of complex contract structures.
Strong presentation development and delivery skills and effective business writing.
Strong analytical and technical skills: collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings; developing conclusions and recommendations.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers and stakeholders.
Knowledge of Boeing’s organizations, processes, policies, procedures and products.
Location & Work Details
Fully on‑site; 5 days per week at one of the listed locations.
Travel required domestically and internationally on short notice.
1st Shift.

Tier 2 – Level 4: $120,700 – $163,300; Level 5: $153,000 – $207,000
