We are excited to announce a career opportunity for a Solution Advisor – Customer Experience Expert. This senior‑level role is critical to driving bookings, demand generation, adoption, and long‑term customer success for SAP’s CX solutions. As a trusted advisor you will collaborate closely with account teams, engage with C‑level executives, and align SAP offerings with the complex business and technological needs of your clients. What You’ll Do
Drive Demand: Lead executive briefings, workshops, and events to build a strong pipeline for SAP CX solutions.
Engage Executives: Establish trust with senior stakeholders and articulate SAP’s value proposition.
Advance Deals: Qualify high‑potential opportunities and guide them through the sales cycle.
Ensure Adoption: Support post‑sale success and foster long‑term customer relationships.
Lead Workshops & Events: Deliver Value Exploration and Innovation workshops; represent SAP internally and externally.
Strategic Alignment: Partner with account teams for cross‑suite solutioning and BOM creation.
Mentor & Influence: Coach junior Solution Advisors and contribute to Voice of the Field initiatives.
What You Bring
Experience:
10+ years in SAP ERP‑related enterprise software sales, solution advisory, or consulting, with proven success engaging C‑level executives and closing multi‑million‑dollar deals.
Expertise:
Demonstrated proficiency in SAP Customer Experience solutions including Commerce, Marketing, Sales and Service; hands‑on experience across multiple industries; highly skilled in promoting a cloud‑first approach and guiding customers through the transformation of their legacy environments to cloud‑based solutions.
Skills:
Exceptional communication and presentation; strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; leadership in coaching and mentoring; ability to deliver compelling workshops and pitches.
Attributes:
Recognized as a trusted advisor with a strong personal brand; innovative, proactive mindset; collaborative team player with influence across functions.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
Travel:
70–80% for customer engagements and events.

Compensation Range Transparency SAP believes that pay transparency contributes to an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 194,100 – 411,600 USD. The actual amount offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent on the key aspects of each case (education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc.), as determined through the selection process.
