Senior Marketing Campaign Manager – B2B SaaS Job Description:

Sage is looking for a Senior Campaign Marketing Manager to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns with agency and technology partners that drive merchant acquisition and partner-influenced pipeline. This role sits within our retail vertical solutions team supporting Brightpearl by Sage and Inventory Planner by Sage.

You will work closely with Partner Account Managers to activate partners through co-marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and digital programs that generate leads and expand our partner ecosystem.

This is a senior individual contributor role focused on both strategy and execution. You will own partner marketing campaigns that contribute directly to partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, working closely with partners and internal teams to plan, execute, measure, and continuously improve these programs.

Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week from our Austin office.

Minimum Qualifications

4+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience across campaign marketing, demand generation, or partner campaign marketing

Experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns including webinars, events, digital programs

Experience generating or influencing pipeline through marketing campaigns

Demonstrated ability to write effective marketing copy and campaign messaging

Experience supporting events including coordination and budget management

Proficiency using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM and marketing automation tools

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously

High attention to detail and comfort operating in an execution-focused marketing role

Excellent communication skills and effective cross-functional collaboration

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including webinars, events, digital programs, and co-marketing initiatives with agency and technology partners that generate qualified leads and support merchant acquisition

Work closely with Partner Account Managers to identify opportunities for joint marketing initiatives with agency and technology partners

Execute co-marketing campaigns that help partners introduce Brightpearl and Inventory Planner into merchant opportunities

Manage partner marketing initiatives including campaign timelines, deliverables, and coordination with internal marketing teams

Collaborate with partners’ marketing teams to develop and execute joint campaigns, events, and communications programs

Support partner ecosystem growth by activating partners through marketing programs that increase visibility and pipeline contribution

Manage partner marketing budgets related to events, webinars, campaigns, and partner marketing initiatives

Track campaign performance including leads, pipeline contribution, and partner engagement metrics, and provide recommendations to improve future programs

Create and support campaign assets including landing pages, emails, partner messaging, and marketing content used in co-marketing initiatives

Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with overall marketing and partner growth priorities
