Job Description
Accura Health - a primary and post-acute care management company, is committed to reducing hospital readmissions with advanced technology and a skilled clinical team. We empower healthcare providers to manage care proactively, enhancing value and improving patient outcomes. We are expanding our Sales team and seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary plus commissions, incentives, and bonuses.
About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for junior to mid-level professionals with a strong background in field sales, regardless of industry. Healthcare sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field sales visits to promote and sell services to home health agencies, healthcare facilities, hospital case managers etc
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
Identify opportunities for growth and work collaboratively with the team
Provide excellent customer service and services knowledge to support client needs
Identify and propose business development opportunities to increase community visibility
Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively
Qualifications
3–5 years of total experience in field sales (healthcare preferred)
Proven ability to generate leads and close sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to change
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow professionally
Willingness to work in any assigned territory; current urgent hiring in Dallas, TX and Tyler, TX
Compensation: Competitive base salary + Uncapped commission structure + Insurance + PTO + Incentives
