As we look to scale, we are seeking a self-reliant, hungry partner to join us as a Sales Partner and future Co-Founder to help shape the next chapter of Sustaina Wines. Your Responsibilities
Drive Growth:
Execute our sales strategy with high energy, focusing on new business development and expanding our footprint in the German market. Strategic Sourcing & Private Labels:
Actively participate in sourcing projects and help clients develop bespoke private label brands across all price points (Entry to Premium). Brand Ambassadorship:
Represent Sustaina Wines at trade fairs and industry events with charm and expertise, building a robust network of B2B decision-makers. Full Ownership:
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial acquisition to long-term account management. Your Profile
Wine Expertise:
You have profound knowledge of the wine industry; a Sommelier certification, WSET Level 3 or similar qualification is highly preferred. Sales Acumen:
You have a proven track record in B2B sales and a commercial mindset that allows you to navigate complex negotiations. Self-Reliance:
You are a
self-starter
who thrives in an independent environment. You don't need a manager; you need a vision. Entrepreneurial Spirit:
You understand that this is a "build-it-yourself" role. You are motivated by the challenge of a
commission-based
structure with the long-term goal of becoming a Co-Founder. Communication:
Fluent in
