Overview The Senior Salesforce Platform & Revenue Analytics Lead will serve as a strategic partner in managing the end‑to‑end Salesforce ecosystem and revenue analytics strategy, while being the subject‑matter expert for Sales Cloud and CPQ. We seek a senior‑level leader who brings deep platform and analytics expertise and a strong desire to continuously grow, innovate, and evolve our technology ecosystem. This role combines platform architecture, revenue systems optimization, and advanced analytics to drive scalable growth in a B2B SaaS environment. The person will operate as a hands‑on leader, performing advanced configuration, essential daily admin tasks, and ensuring smooth operations for a lean, high‑performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Own Salesforce administration, architecture, and optimization across Sales Cloud and CPQ.

Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using a systems‑driven approach, including requirements analysis, architecture, documentation, testing, and release management.

Build and maintain complex automations (Flows, validation rules, approval processes) to streamline operations and reduce manual work.

Deliver Salesforce solutions quickly with a high degree of accuracy and minimal rework.

Proactively lead root cause analysis of system issues by diagnosing underlying drivers, assessing impacts, communicating findings, and executing scalable solutions.

Support and administer related revenue tools including Clay, SaaSGrid, Conga, Certinia PSA, Commerce Cloud, and Pardot.

Leverage AI‑enabled tools to enhance sales, analytics, automation, and revenue operations effectiveness.

Design and maintain scalable data models across Salesforce and integrated systems.

Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across revenue systems.

Define and own core SaaS business metrics and KPIs.

Build executive and operational dashboards; perform pipeline, funnel, cohort, conversion, velocity, and forecasting analysis.

Surface actionable insights, risks, and opportunities to leadership through data analysis and scenario modeling.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience in a B2B SaaS environment (7+ preferred).

Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II (Advanced Administrator).

Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator.

Demonstrated experience modeling Salesforce and external system data to deliver executive‑level dashboards and actionable insights.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficiency with analytics tools such as CRM Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.

Experience with Revenue Cloud and complex CPQ implementations preferred.

Working knowledge of integrations, APIs, and data pipelines preferred.

Experience with Agentforce and related Salesforce tools (e.g., Sales Planning, Data Cloud, Sales Programs, Spiff, Maps) preferred.
