Senior Recruitment Consultant – Financial Services

Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 + commissions

Location: Midtown, NYC (Hybrid)

The Role The Senior Recruitment Consultant will take on a pivotal role, managing a 360 desk across specialist areas within financial services. The position offers a chance to make impactful placements at top-tier private equity firms, investment banks, and mid-market boutiques.

Key Responsibilities The Senior Recruitment Consultant will:

Develop and manage a 360 recruitment desk in one of the following specialist areas: CFO & Senior Finance, Corporate Finance & M&A, Private Equity, Real Assets, Credit, or Investor Relations.

Partner with exclusive and retained clients, primarily in mid- to large-cap PE and investment banking, to deliver on high-fee executive searches.

Collaborate with international teams to share resources and strengthen relationships with renowned clients.

Champion diversity within recruitment practices, supporting the client’s commitment to inclusive and equitable hiring.

Proven experience in a 360 recruitment or executive search role, preferably within financial services or a related sector.

Strong relationship-building skills with clients and candidates, along with the ability to maintain long‑term connections.

Confidence in managing high‑value roles and securing retained or exclusive assignments.

Driven and goal‑oriented, with an eye for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

Effective collaboration and communication skills to work seamlessly across teams and locations.

Commission starting at 40% up to 50%.
