Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr. This range is provided by Pella Windows and Doors of WNY. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
As an In-Home Sales Consultant (Residential Sales Representative) at Pella Windows and Doors of WNY, you will meet with homeowners to provide customized window and door replacement solutions backed by the Pella Promise. This role is ideal for driven, customer-focused professionals who thrive in consultative sales and enjoy face-to-face interactions in a residential setting.
This is a salary plus commission role, with mileage reimbursement for all work-related travel. You’ll work a hybrid schedule — from home, our office, and in the field — meeting customers during evenings, weekdays, and some Saturdays.
Responsibilities
Deliver Pella’s proven in-home sales process to consult with customers and close sales
Prepare and present detailed price quotes during each appointment
Respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours
Meet or exceed individual sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
Maintain expertise on all Pella products, services, and the competitive landscape
Manage customer records and communications using CRM tools
Conduct follow-ups, generate referrals, and represent Pella at events or home shows
Qualifications
A natural ability to earn trust and build rapport with homeowners
Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
Experience in residential or outside sales is preferred
Technical aptitude or familiarity with construction is a plus
High sense of urgency and motivation to close the sale on first interaction
Team mindset, with the ability to work independently
