We’re building Sybil: an AI‑driven pentester that discovers vulnerabilities before they’re exploited. About the Role We are looking for an Account Executive who will own the full sales cycle from first outreach to close. You will prospect into enterprise security teams, run deals with technical buyers, build relationships with channel partners, and work closely with our leadership team and Head of GTM to sharpen how we position and sell Sybil. This role is equal parts seller and builder. You will close deals and in the same breath build the playbooks, processes, and partnerships that make the next deal easier. What You Will Do

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close on enterprise accounts, including renewals and expansion opportunities

Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry relationships, and channel partners

Run discovery and demo calls with security leaders, understanding their environment well enough to position Sybil compellingly

Collaborate with RunSybil leadership on deal strategy, messaging, and positioning

Develop and nurture relationships with channel partners to drive re‑selling opportunities

Work closely with our Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff and support ongoing customer relationships

Collaborate cross‑functionally to influence feedback loops from the field back to product and GTM strategy

We’re looking for someone who brings

Enterprise sales experience in offensive cybersecurity or an adjacent security space

You have built a pipeline from scratch and know how to create opportunities

Experience selling into or alongside channel partners. You know how to build those relationships and close business through resellers

The ability to speak credibly with security practitioners. You need to be able to hold your own in a technical conversation about findings, scope, and risk

Comfort with ambiguity and early‑stage environments. You are energized by building processes where none exists

Startup sensibility and urgency. You move fast, make smart decisions with limited information, and treat the company’s resources like your own

Track record closing $100K+ deals in complex, multi‑threaded environments; security/infra buyer familiarity is a bonus

Location: Hybrid (SF/NYC area)

Compensation: $250K OTE with equity; comp structure and details shared with candidates who advance.
