crew is seeking a

Senior ServiceNow Solution Consultant

to work with the Global Solutions Crew to ensure the company meets global targets and standards. This role is a player coach where you will work with the Global Leader on strategy and with account executives to close deals. This essential crew member will position technical solutions while achieving quarterly and annual sales objectives in support of our global sales team, a true hybrid of technical and sales skills. You will be joining a fast‑paced team that solves new problems every week, all while leveraging the incredible power of the ServiceNow Platform.

What You'll Do

Work with EMEA - Netherlands account executives to close deals

Lead complex technical solution development related to NewRocket’s full range of services and products; engage in conceptual thinking to understand advanced issues and implications

Support Sales teams in the qualification of customer needs through discovery

Be considered an expert in pre‑sales and solution development

Participate across the sales lifecycle on acquiring new customers

Lead demonstration the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers

Generate product demo scripts and scenarios and maintain demonstration environment(s)

Scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects

Create proposals, SOWs, use cases, and functional requirements documents

Respond to RFP/RFI/Tenders

Stay current on competitive analyses and understand differentiators between the company and its competitors

Understand business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, and security

In conjunction with Sales and Professional Services, conduct transition briefings, communicate commitments and expectations in preparation for deployment
