Role Description This is a contract, remote opportunity for a Land Sales Agent. In this role, you will represent buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of rural properties.

Key responsibilities include:

Generating and developing new business through consistent prospecting and relationship building

Listing and marketing properties using our industry-leading platform

Showing properties and advising clients on land values and investment opportunities

Negotiating contracts and guiding transactions from listing to closing

Providing expertise in hunting land, timberland, farmland, and recreational properties

Delivering a high level of service that builds long-term client relationships

This position offers the flexibility to work independently while being supported by a highly experienced team and proven systems.

In addition to being a full-time career opportunity, this role also serves as a strong supplemental income stream for land professionals such as foresters, land managers, consultants, and others who already work closely with landowners. It allows you to leverage existing relationships and expertise to create an additional revenue channel while continuing to serve your clients at a high level.

Qualifications

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Proven or developing sales ability with a desire to grow a book of business

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through

Ability to learn and communicate land values, property attributes, and market trends

Background in land, agriculture, forestry, wildlife, or related fields is a plus

Real estate license or willingness to obtain one
