The CSM will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving business goals. This includes managing deliverables, conducting enablement sessions, and driving the adoption of Tableau features among users. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in Customer Success and a strong background in SaaS platforms, particularly Salesforce and Tableau.
