We are a growing material handling and warehouse solutions company based in the St. Louis area, serving customers across multiple states. We sell, rent, and service forklifts, scissor lifts, racking systems, dock and door equipment, and floor cleaning equipment. The Opportunity
We are looking for a Territory Sales Representative who is hungry, self-directed, and ready to own their market. This is an outside sales role built for someone who loves being in front of customers, building relationships, and closing deals. You will sell the full portfolio of equipment and services, manage your own territory, and have a direct line to what you earn based on what you produce. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive when you are given the freedom to run, this is the role for you. What You Will Be Responsible For
Prospecting and winning new business across your assigned territory Selling the full portfolio including forklifts, scissor lifts, racking, dock and door equipment, floor sweepers, rentals, and service agreements Managing existing accounts and growing relationships over time Building a strong pipeline from the ground up and working it consistently Starting with smaller transactions and service agreements and growing into larger deals with bigger accounts as you develop your territory knowledge Representing the company in the field with professionalism and a solutions focused mindset What We Are Looking For
A hunter first mentality. This role is 80% new business development and 20% account management Someone who is self motivated, organized, and does not need to be managed to stay active An entrepreneurial spirit. You treat your territory like your own business Comfortable being in the field every day, calling on customers, and driving activity Open to multiple backgrounds. If you know how to sell and you are willing to learn the product, we will teach you the rest Prior experience in industrial, equipment, logistics, or construction sales is a plus but not required
